Abundio Rodriguez Jr. 53 of Dilley, entered rest on July 11, 2017. He was born on January 16, 1964 in Dilley to Abundio Rodriguez Sr. and Josefa Lopez Rodriguez. He is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his children, Lonnie Lee Rodriguez and Biancee Mercedes Rodriguez; mother, Josefa Lopez Rodriguez; brothers, Jerry Rodriguez and wife Sylvia of Austin and Juan Manuel Rodriguez of Houston. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nicolas, Julie, Audrinna, Roy Jr. and Zayley.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel-Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 14, 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
