Alicia M. Torres

Alicia M. Torres, 89, of Dilley, passed away on November 13th, 2012. She was born on August 25th, 1923 in Mexico to Manuel Malfitano and Velina Rodriguez Malfitano. She is survived by her children; Armando Torres and wife Olga, Ramiro Torres and wife Susanna, Frank Torres and wife Yolanda, Arturo Torres and wife Velda, Jose Torres and wife Gloria, Laura Pena and husband Jose, Dora Torres, Olga Garcia and husband Rudy, Dalia Ramirez and husband Olivero all from Dilley. Sisters: Rosa Tapia and Susina Castillo. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Evaristo Torres and parents, Manuel and Velina Malfitano.

Rosary was held on Thursday November 15th, 2012 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Dilley, 7pm. Funeral mass was held on Friday November 16th, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Dilley, 1pm. Interment followed at the Dilley Cemetery.
