Amanda Florez

Amanda Florez, 78, of Dilley, passed away on November 9, 2013 in San Antonio. She was born on February 7, 1935 in Valley Wells, Texas to Hermilo Carranza and Cleotilde Ochoa Carranza. She is preceded in death by her parents; Mr. and Mrs. Hermilo Carranza, brothers and sister; Adelfa Carranza, Trinidad Carranza, Alejandro Carranza, Ramiro Carranza and Ernesto Carranza.

She is survived by her children; Rudy Sanchez and Blanca Hermila Mann. Brothers and sisters; Emilio Carranza, Arminda Rodriguez, Maria Gonzales and Aristeo Carranza. Grandchildren: Michael Mann, Elias Mann, Charles Mann III, LacyK Mann and Eric Sanchez. Great-grandchildren; Charles Edward Mann IV and Ariabella Vida Gonzales. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Services will conclude at the Dilley Cemetery.
