Antonio Maldonado

Antonio Maldonado "El Leon", 78 of Pearsall, entered rest on April 14, 2020. He was born on August 29, 1941 in Pearsall to Eustolio Maldonado and Antonia Garcia Maldonado. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson John Anthony Maldonado III.

He is survived by his lifelong partner, Maria Isabel Siller' children, Velma Jean Maldonado of Houston, Juan Antonio Maldonado Jr. (Audrey) of Houston, Norma Rivera (Frank) of Pearsall, Sonia Maldonado (Ignacio) of Pearsall, Samantha Maldonado of Beeville and Sabrina Maldonado of Beeville; sister, Julia Rodriguez of Pearsall. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Antonio was a skilled carpenter and musician.

Through out the years he played in various bands. He was loving and compassionate and will be missed dearly by many.

No services will be held at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
