Antonio C. Ruiz Sr.

Antonio C. Ruiz Sr., 81 of Dilley entered rest on April 10, 2018 in San Antonio. He was born on March 10, 1937 in Derby. He is preceded in death by his wife, Matilde Ruiz; mother, Juana Campos Martinez and siblings, Genaro Leyva, Armado Leyva, Maria Santos and Ernestina Hewtty.

He is survived by his children, Margarita Amaya of Dilley and Antonio Ruiz Jr. and Maria Garza of Dilley; sisters, Janie Martinez of Derby and Maria Louis Rodriguez of San Angelo. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Cupid Amaya, Kira Amaya and Angela Ruiz.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church from 4pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
