Beatriz Escobar

Beatriz Maldonado Escobar, 91 of Pearsall, went to be with our Lord on July 16, 2022 in Lubbock, Tx. She was born on September 26,1930 in Pearsall, Tx to Lauriano Maldonado and Guadalupe Ferdin. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Eddie; granddaughter, Lisa Marie and numerous siblings.

She is survived by her husband, Gonzalo Escobar Sr.; children, Gloria Escobar, Irma Escobar, Gonzalo Escobar Jr. (Lucy) and William Escobar; grandchildren, Raymond, Manuel, David Eugene, Michael Johnathan, Erica Renee, William Jr., Ashley, Matthew and Victoria; siblings, Oralia Martinez, Carolina Tondre and Lauriano Maldonado Jr. and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 20, 2022, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary to be recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 10am. Interment will follow to the VFW Cemetery.
