Belem Arizpe Garza

Belem A. Garza, 89 of San Antonio entered rest on May 10, 2023. She was born on March 26, 1934 in Mexico, to Juan Gonzales Arizpe and Mercedes Paez Arizpe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Garza.; parents; brothers, Mauro Arizpe and Luis Arizpe.

She is survived by her children, Leonel Garza of San Antonio, Laura Hewtty (Jerry) of Floresville, Javier Garza (Sandra) of San Antonio, Sandra Garza (Jeff) of Floresville, Cynthia Garza (Raymond) of San Antonio and Yessica Gonzales (Gabriel) of San Antonio; sister in laws, Carolina Arizpe and Celia Arizpe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and her faithful companion Sasha.

Pallbearers: Javier Garza, Leonel Garza, Gabriel Gonzales, Jeff Tuttle, Steven Ramos, Pete Ramos III, Jaime Calderon and Ralph Lopez.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall, Tx starting at 8:00am with a rosary recited at 11am. Funeral mass will follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Tx. at 1pm. Interment will be held at Pearsall Catholic (east side) Cemetery after mass.
