Benito " Tin Tan " Aguilar

Benito " Tin Tan " Aguilar, 92 of Cotulla, entered rest on January 7, 2021. He was born on March 21, 1928 in San Antonio, TX, to Lucio Aguilar and Juanita Silva. He is preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Garza; son, Benito Aguilar Jr.; daughters-in-law, Alma Garza, Leonor Aguilar, and Olga Aguilar.

He is survived by his sons, Diego Garza and Jesus Aguilar; grandchildren, Rogelio, Consuelo, Raul, Ramiro, Orlando, Ruben, Sylvia, Benito III, Jesus Jr., Chris and David. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1pm. Interment will follow at the Pearsall Cemetery.
