Carmen L. Diaz

Carmen L. Diaz, 85 of Dilley, entered rest on June 28, 2019 at her home. She was born on February 28, 1934 in Via de Fuente, Mexico to Felix Luna and Josefa Chavez Luna. She is preceded in death by her husband, Domingo Diaz; son, Ruben Diaz; grandson, Angel Torres and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, Rosalinda Diaz Torres (Ramiro) of Dilley, Imelda Diaz Bentacourt (Juan) of Dilley, Romelia Vasquez (Henry) of Corsicana, Santos Diaz (Rosie) of Austin and Domingo Diaz Jr. (Nancy) of Round Rock. Sisters, Jovita Andrade of Laredo and her twin, Maria Vargas of Italy, Tx. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Crystal Torres, Tanya Torres, Selena Vasquez, Felivia Vasquez (Juan Quiroz), Henry Vasquez, Daniel Diaz, Denise Diaz and Delena Diaz, Bugatti Diaz, Duncan Diaz and Amber Diaz; great grandchild, Joaquin Jaime Quiroz.

Pallbearers include, Daniel Diaz, Duncan Diaz, Henry Diaz, Santos Diaz, Domingo Diaz and Ramiro Torres.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels-Dilley from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
