Catarino De Leon Aranda

Catarino D. Aranda, 91 of Dilley, entered eternal rest on January 15, 2025. He was born on February 13, 1933, in Dilley to Genaro Aranda and Juanita DeLeon Aranda. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Leonor Aranda, children, San Juanita Aranda, Daniel Aranda, Mario Aranda and one sister, Felicita Trevino.

He is survived by his children, Alfredo Aranda (Diana), Fidel Aranda (Morelsa), Delia Aranda Sambrano (Johnny), Maria Yolanda Aranda (Dagoberto Olivarez), Jesus "Chuy" Aranda (Abelinda) and Catarino Aranda II (Brandi). Siblings Dominga Martinez and Ramon Aranda. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren 3 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 20, 2025, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow to the Dilley Cemetery with Army Military Honors.
