David Gomez

David Gomez, aged 71, of Dilley, passed away on May 11, 2025, in San Antonio. He was born on April 28, 1954, to Olivia Rodriguez Gomez and Nayo Gomez. David was preceded in death by his mother and his brother, Robert Gomez Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Adelinda Quesada Gomez, and his sons, David Gomez Jr. and Jerry Gomez Sr (Neva). He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Jerry Gomez Jr., affectionately known as 'JJ', Michael Gomez and Jacqueline Gomez. David is also survived by his father Nayo Gomez, siblings: Richard Gomez, Leonardo Gomez, Mary Ann Gomez Avila, Daniel Gomez, and Joe Gomez, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers, Jerry Gomez Sr., Jerry Gomez Jr., Joe Gomez, Monty Gomez, Carlos Gomez, John Lenard Gomez, Joe Robert Gomez.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels-Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow to St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Dilley.
