Debra Rachel Hernandez 58, of Pearsall, entered rest on March 05, 2022, in Live Oak Tx. She was born on March 09, 1963, in Dilley, Texas. to Ruben Pena and Josie Benavides. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eliseo Hernandez; parents; Ruben and Josie Pena; siblings, Peggy Pena, Ruben Pena Jr., and great-grandsons Daniel Avila Jr. and Santiago Chavera III.

She is survived by her children, Anna Carrizales (Joe), Daniel Avila (Kym), and Tomas Bonner, grandchildren; Santiago Chavera Jr., Rachael Nieto (Evan), Liam Nieto, Eliseo Chavera (Destiny), Isaiah Chavera, Elijah Avila, Delany Vinton, Devaeh Vinton, and Donavon Vinton. She is also survived by her siblings, Norma Martinez, Diana Villarreal, Sara Alaniz, Patty Vinton, and Robert Pena and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall from 9am-10:45am with a prayer service at 11am. Services will conclude at the chapel.
