Eddie Lee Adams, 67 of Dilley, entered rest on January 24, 2017 at his home. He was born on October 22, 1949 in Covington, Tennessee to Eddie Adams Sr. and Wilma Harris Adams. He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Charles Adams.
Eddie entered the United States Air Force on August 28, 1986 and was stationed in Hawaii. He was employed by the Air Force as a system analyst specialist. In his military career Eddie earned an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with Valor Device, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Metal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Air Force Commendation Metal and Vietnam Service Medal.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Namahoe-Adams of Dilley, children; Soloman Naleieha Jr and Edwin C. Naleieha both of Kaneohe, Hawaii. Mother: Wilma Harris Adams of St. Louis, MO, sisters and brother; Billy Wayne Adams (Darlin) of Atlanta, GA, Patricia Ann Brooks of Detroit, MI and Sevelia Tipton (Samuel) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral-Dilley from 9am-6pm with a prayer service recited at 12pm. Service will conclude at the chapel.
