Efren Vela

Efren Vela, 45 of Pearsall, entered rest on August 26, 2021. He was born on June 21, 1976 in Pharr, Texas to Baltazar Antonio Vela and Flor Estella Delgado-Vela. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Vanessa Villesca; Step children, Janissa Villesca, Isaaiah Garcia and Xavier Garcia; Siblings, Adan Vela of Pearsall, Esteran Vela of Mission, San Juanita Vela "Janie" of Weslaco, Gilbert Vela of Mission and David Vela of Edinburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include, Steve Roland Vela, Julian Silva III, David Vela, Adan Vela, Gilbert Vela, Alejandro Vela, JD Braud, Isaaiah and Xavier Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 5, 2021 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a roasary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday September 6, 2021 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Services will conclude after mass.
