Elisa E. Acosta

Elisa Escobedo Acosta, 100 of Dilley, entered rest on April 10, 2016. She was born on May 8, 1915 in Dilley to Pedro Escobedo and Martina Erlas Escobedo. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marciano Acosta, children; Jesus Acosta, Rey Merhildo Acosta and Merhildo Acosta, parents, Pedro and Martina Escobedo, brothers and sisters; Antonia Rodriguez, Santos Rodriugez, Julian Escobedo and Jose Escobedo.

She is survived by her children; , Senaida Acosta of Dilley, Mario Acosta and wife Sylvia of Sunrise Beach, TX and Jose Acosta and wife San Juanita of Dilley. She is also survived by 3 generations of grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels- Dilley from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 2pm. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
