Felis Perez Marquez

Felis Perez Marquez, 96 of Pearsall entered rest on April 25, 2023. She was born on November 23, 1926 in Millett, Texas to Benito Perez and Simona Navarro. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eloy Marquez Sr.; parents; son, Jacobo P. Marquez; brothers, Basilio Perez and Issac Perez; granddaughter, Christina DeLeon; grandson, Guillermo Marquez Jr and son-in-law Pablo De Leon Sr.

She is survived by her children, Amanda M. DeLeon of La Marque Texas, Virginia M. Martinez (Lino) of Pearsall, Guillermo P. Marquez (Cindy Gonzalez) of La Marque Texas, Eloy P. Marquez Jr. (Irene) of Pearsall, Patricia M. Trevino (Armando) of Pearsall; sister, Juanita Perez of Pearsall. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: David Lee M. Flores, Jose Manuel Garcia Jr., Martin Eloy DeLeon, Pablo De León Jr., Lino M. Martinez, Lionel M. Martinez, Jacob Marquez Jr., Todd Jeremy "T.J." Stone.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall, Tx from 8:30am with a rosary recited at 9am. Funeral mass will follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Tx. at 10am. Interment will be held at  Pearsall Catholic (west side) Cemetery after mass.
