Fernando Delgado

Fernando Delgado, 89 of Pearsall, passed away on December 1, 2013 in San Antonio. He was born on May 30, 1924 in Raymondville, Texas to Florencio Delgado and Manuela De La Rosa. He is preceded in death by his wife Josefina Santos Delgado, parents; Florencio and Manuela Delgado, daughter; Margarita Martinez and sons; Manuel Delgado and Leonso Delgado.

He is survived by his children; Juan Fernando Delgado Jr., Florencia Perales and husband Juan, San Juanita Rios and husband Ignacio, Isabel Carrizales and husband Rudy, Maria Cruz Lopez and husband John, Christina Sanchez and husband Mike, Rosenda Brown and husband Randall. Brother: Juan Delgado, Sister: Antonia Melendez Delgado. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a service held at 7pm. Funeral will be held on December 4, 2013 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
