It is with deep respect and fond remembrance that we announce the passing of Gregorio Carrizales, who departed this life on July 2, 2026, in Pearsall, Texas. Born on May 9, 1942, in Dilley, Gregorio lived a long and meaningful life.

Gregorio was the beloved son of Pablo Carrizales and Ezequia Saldana, both of whom preceded him in death. He was a cherished sibling, remembered fondly by those who survive and those who have gone before him. While Gregorio now joins his sisters, Celia Carrizales, Pabla Guajardo, Dominga Vinton, Blasa Gonzales, Cruz Hernandez, Micaela Esquivel, and Nestora Garcia, as well as his brothers Domingo Carrizales and Tiburcio Carrizales, his memory remains vibrant in the hearts of those who loved him.

Left to remember him with love and admiration are his sister, Josefa C. Martinez, along with his nieces and nephews. Their lives were enriched by Gregorio’s kindness, wisdom, and unwavering family devotion. His presence brought joy and stability, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Gregorio’s life on Wednesday , July 8, 2026. The observances will begin with a viewing at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 203 E. Frio, Pearsall, TX, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by the recitation of the Rosary at the same location from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 422 W Brazos St, Pearsall, TX, commencing at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Frio County Cemetery, Co Rd 4002, Pearsall, TX, beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Gregorio Carrizales  life leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and quiet strength. As we gather to pay our respects, we give thanks for the time we shared with him and the lasting impression he made. He will be remembered always by those who were fortunate to know and love him.
