Guadalupe M. Villarreal Jr.

Guadalupe M. Villarreal Jr., 67 of Pearsall, entered rest on September 21, 2024, in San Antonio. He was born on January 2, 1957, to Guadalupe Villarreal Sr. and Leonila M. Villarreal. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Leonardo Villarreal and grandson, Emilio Villarreal.

He leaves behind his wife, Maria Teresa Martinez Villareal, children Daniel Villareal, Claudia Villarreal, Lupita Jenkins, Joe Robert Villarreal, Estrella Villarreal, Layla Villarreal, Naudia Gina Villarreal and Abel Villarreal. Sisters:  Yolanda Vasquez, Teresa Salazar and Gloria Cantu. He also is survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

After more than 30 years of employment, Mr. Villarreal retired from the Pearsall School District as a bus driver.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 5pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Services will conclude at the church.
