Horacio L. Garcia, 54 of Pearsall, entered rest on January 24, 2020 in Pearsall. He was born on June 30, 1965 in Dilley to Jaime Garcia and Ramona Lopez-Ortiz. He is preceded in death by his father, Jaime Garcia and brother, Mark Garcia.

He is survived by his wife, Elisa Reyes of Pearsall; children, Jack Peralta, Horacio Peralta, Vanessa Valenzuela, Fatima Garcia, Carey Garcia, Gwendolyn Garcia and Pedro Garcia; mother, Ramona L. Ortiz; step-mother, Yolanda Garcia; step-father, Gilbert Ortiz; siblings, Cynthia Cruz, Melissa Garcia, Leticia Ramirez, Catiria Valdez, Marie Ortiz, Jaime Garcia, Gilbert Ortiz, Bryan Garcia, Craig Garcia and April Garcia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Joe Ramos, Robert Eisenman, Nick Garcia, Ricky Lopez, Louis Valenzuela, Juan Tapia, Jorge Sandoval, and Joe Banda.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
