Jesus Moreno Jr., 70 of Dilley, entered rest on January 28, 2018. He was born on May 18, 1947 in Dilley to Jesus Moreno Sr. and Beatrice Benavides Moreno. He is preceded in death by his son, Jesus Daniel Moreno and parents.

He is survived by his wife, Ercilia R. Moreno of Dilley; children, Sandy M. Cano and husband Daniel of Grand Prairie and Johnny Moreno and Amy of Dilley; brothers and sisters, Maria Zepeda, Marcela Ballesteros, Armando Moreno, Ruby Rios, Jose "Boy" Moreno, Jose "Coty" Moreno, Juanita Cantu, Marivel Moreno Ramirez and Trinidad "Pipo" Moreno. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels-Dilley from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
