John Patrick Carrasco

John Patrick Carrasco, 59 of Pearsall, entered rest on April 26, 2018 at his home in Devine. He was born on March 17, 1959 in Pearsall to Conrado Carrasco Sr. and Maria Tafolla Carrasco. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Santiago "Boy" Carrasco and Teresa C. Obregon.

He is survived by the love of his life, Dolores I. Hernandez; children, Melissa Vinton and husband Thomas Jr. of Killeen, Valerie Banda and Kaycee Barnett of San Antonio, Bridget B. Gutierrez and Juan Macias of Devine, Wendy Adkins of Killeen, John Patrick Carrasco Jr. of Pearsall, Yvette Banda of Devine, Beverly C. DeLeon and husband Jeremy of Devine and Patrick Michael Carrasco-Gardiner and husband Morgan of San Antonio; brothers and sisters, Conrad D. Carrasco Jr. and wife Elvia of Pearsall, Margie Frausto and husband Domingo of Pearsall, Eduardo Carrasco of Pearsall and Elva C. Trevino and husband Jaime of San Antonio. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at Frio County Cemetery.
