Jose S. Aguirre

Jose S. Aguirre, 80 of Dilley, entered rest on January 23, 2015. He was born on December 18, 1934 in Laredo to Jose Aguirre Sr. and Julia Soto Aguirre. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, David Aguirre, brothers and sisters; Gilbert, Ricky, Abelardo, Alicia Aguirre and Lupe Villanueva.

He is survived by his wife, Donaciana Alcorte Aguirre, children; Juan Manuel Flores of Oklahoma, Juan Abel Duque and wife Sonia of Dilley, Jose Aguirer III and wife Demetria of Dilley, Elias Aguirre and wife Veronica of Dilley, Elsa Aguirre of Lytle, Sylvia Ann Ellis and husband Frank of Pearsall, Jacque Duenez and husband Antero of Corpus Christi, Elisa Gandara and Randy Reyes of Corpus Christi, Gerado Aguirre and wife Katia of Rio Grand City and Michael Aguirre and wife Crystal of Dilley. Brothers and sisters: Leo, Johnny, Bobby, Gilbert, Julie, Evelyn, Janie and Jose Aguirre. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
