Jose Maria Noe Benavidez

Jose Maria Noe Benavidez, 80 of Laredo originally of Dilley, entered rest on August 2, 2014. He was born on December 23, 1933 in Mcallen, Texas to Baldemar Benavidez and Delfina Trevino Benavidez. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Bertha Benavidez Alvarado, brother Rogelio Benavidez and Noe Benavidez Jr.

He is survived by his children; Isabel Serna and husband Gilberto, Martha Elva Yobana and husband Jessie and Juan Fernandez Benavidez. Daughter-in-law; Olga Lydia Benavidez. Sisters: Tomasa Benavidez and Nativida Ortiz. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
