Jose "Pelon" Perez

Jose Luis (Pelon) Perez Jr., 51 of Devine, entered rest on November 22, 2015. He was born on June 28, 1964 in Hondo to Jose Luis Perez Sr. and Mary Zapata Perez. He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Andres Martin Perez.

He is survived by his children; Sara Perez of Pearsall, Natalie Yanez of Devine, Stephanie Perez of Idaho, Amelia Perez of Idaho and Rachel Perez of San Antonio, mother, Mary Z. Perez of Devine. Brothers and sisters: Cynthia P. Trevino and husband Ely of Pearsall, Rachel Palacios and husband Raul of Devine, Andy Perez and wife Jenny of Devine and Jimmy Perez and wife Dolly of Devine. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Malachi Jackson and Nyla Jackson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels (Chapel B) from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church- Devine at 12pm. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Devine.
