Juan Garcia Elizondo, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on December 24, 2025, in Atascosa, Texas, at the age of 95. Born on April 6, 1930, in Charlotte, Juan lived a life rich in love, service, and dedication to his family.

Juan is survived by his devoted wife, Melinda Frausto, whose love and support were the cornerstones of their life together. He leaves behind a loving family, including his children: Joe Elizondo, and Nora Elizondo (Mario) and Roy Richardson (Dusty). Juan cherished his role as a father and took great joy in his relationships with his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, with whom he shared countless memories, laughter, and lessons. He is also survived by his sister, Amelia Lopez.

Juan was preceded in death by his son, Johnny Elizondo. Johnny's memory lived in Juan's heart, and he often shared stories of the joy Johnny brought to the family, ensuring that his son's spirit remained a cherished part of their lives.
