Juan Cruz Nieto

Juan Cruz Nieto, 76 of Pearsall, entered rest on February 28, 2016 in San Antonio. He was born on May 15, 1939 in Pearsall to Pedro Nieto and Adelmira Cruz Nieto. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Blanca Elia Nieto and half brothers; Rudy Nieto and Delmar Nieto.

He is survived by his wife, Elena Trevino Nieto of Pearsall, children; Abel Nieto and wife Maria of Pearsall, Ricardo Nieto and wife Yolanda of Pearsall, Nancy Nieto Perez of Pearsall, Cindy Nieto Straube and husband Carl of Three Rivers, John Nieto and wife Jessica of Lake Jackson, Delmi Nieto Palacios and husband Rico of Pearsall, Isaac Nieto of Pearsall and Maddie Nieto of Pearsall. Brother: Pete Nieto Jr. and wife Nachie of Pearsall, halfbrothers; Guadalupe Nieto, Norberto Nieto, Ramon Nieto, Rojelio Nieto, Alfredo Nieto and Pete Nieto. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
