Juanita Maricela Torres, 57 of Pearsall, entered rest on June 6, 2016. She was born on January 21, 1959 in Laredo to Felix De La Rosa and Esperanza Carranza De La Rosa. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Juan and Agapita De la Rosa and Gomercindo and Magdalena Carranza.

She is survived by her husband, Salvador Torres, children; Juan Jose Rivera of Pearsall and Raul Angel Rivera of Dallas. Brothers and sisters: Diana Gerke and husband Royce of Missouri City, Felix De La Rosa Jr. and wife Millie of Dilley, David De La Rosa and wife Kathy of San Antonio, Mary Rivera and husband Jose of Pearsall, Jerry De La Rosa of Pearsall, Patricia De La Rosa of Pearsall, Juan Carlos De La Rosa and wife Rosa of Millett and Alonzo De La Rosa of Pearsall. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Millett Cemetery in Millett Texas.
