Kaliyah Marie Aguilar

Kaliyah Marie Aguilar, a bright and beloved young spirit, was born on November 17, 2022, in Pearsall and departed from this world on January 12, 2026, in San Antonio. In her brief time with us, Kaliyah touched the hearts of many with her joyful presence, unforgettable laughter, and sweet personality.

Kaliyah was blessed with beautiful curly hair that framed her radiant face, and her smile could light up any room. She was known for her sassy demeanor that, combined with her warmth, won over everyone she met. She had an infectious laugh that brought about joy and happiness in her family and those fortunate enough to know her. Kaliyah enjoyed a variety of interests, including her love for *Dora the Explorer*, *Ms. Rachel*, and the music of *K-Pop Demon Hunters*. Her spirit was full of curiosity and wonder, traits that endeared her to those who cared for her.

She leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her devoted mother, Jericka Deanne Martinez, and her father, Zachary Aguilar. Kaliyah will also be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Annalyse Michelle Aguilar, Makenzi Ruby Aguilar, Alexander Ray Aguilar, Zaydrian Mauricio Aguilar, and Andran Rio Aguilar.

Her cherished grandparents, Ruby Aguilar and Eric Martinez, along with her great-grandparents, Thelma and Aubre Tuttlebee, Jeanette Pena, and Roy Ramos, hold her memory close as they navigate this profound loss.

Kaliyah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Mauricio Aguilar, and grandmother, Andrea Marie Ramos. Their love continues to shine through the lives she has touched.

The heartache of losing such a small child is immeasurable, and those who knew Kaliyah will forever treasure the moments spent with her. We will miss her so much, and though her life was brief, the impact of her joyful spirit will remain in our hearts for an eternity.
