Larry Michael Swinney

Larry Michael Swinney, aged 52, of Pearsall, passed away on March 20, 2025, in San Antonio, surrounded by family. Born on May 14, 1972, to Larry Bruce Swinney and Maria Soila Maldonado, Larry was a loving person known for his dedication and skill as a foreman working on powerlines for most of his life. He leaves behind a large family and many friends who will miss him dearly.

Larry is survived by his children: Larry James Swinney of San Antonio, Jonathan Ray Swinney of Pleasanton, Jennica Swinney of Carrizo Springs, Leah Swinney (Connor) of Corpus Christi, Angel Swinney of Dallas, Evan Swinney of Dallas, Lillian Swinney of Pearsall, Mia Swinney of Pearsall, and Maddie Swinney of Pearsall. He is also survived by his fiancé, Elizabeth Rodriguez, brother, Abel Swinney of Pearsall, and his grandchildren: Ivy, Draven, Samuel, Izzy, Melina, and Leia.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Larry Bruce Swinney and Maria Soila Maldonado, and one grandchild. His legacy of love and hard work will be cherished by all who knew him.

A visitation honoring Larry will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels starting at 5pm. A rosary will be recited at 7pm. Services will conclude after the rosary.
