Leandra Acosta Zepeda

Leandra A. Zepeda, 90 of Dilley, entered rest on October 4, 2022. She was born on February 27, 1932, in Dilley to Marciano Acosta and Elisa E. Acosta. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose G. Zepeda, Children; Olga Contreras and Gloria Gonzales, grandchild, Elizabeth Madera, Great Grandchild; Justin Lopez, Parents; Marciano and Elisa E. Acosta, and 6 siblings.

She is survived by her 2 youngest brothers Mario (Sylvia) Acosta, and Jose (San Juanita) Acosta. She is also survived by her son Noel (Clarissa) Zepeda and children Cassandra Zepeda and Robert Zepeda they were instrumental in her care. She is also survived by her son Joe (Irma) Zepeda and Children Adrian Zepeda and Melissa Beck. She is also survived by her son Arnold Zepeda and children Arnold Jr. Zepeda, Crystal Tindall, and Adrian Zepeda. She is also survived by 3 generations of grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, at Treviño Royal Oaks funeral chapels in Dilley from 3 PM to 9 PM. A rosary will be recited at 7 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Dilley cemetery.
