Logan Cash Elizondo, 7 years old, passed away in the loving arms of his parents, surrounded by family on October 15, 2023. He was welcomed home in heaven by his late grandmother, Orlanda Herrera.
Logan was in second grade and attended Ted Flores Elementary. He loved everything about school. He enjoyed learning and hanging out with his friends and teachers.
Logan loved being at HIS ranch. Some of his favorite things to do there were to go hunting and to ride his 4-wheeler. His favorite thing to ride was his John Deere tractor. He would drive it around wherever he could. Riding that tractor was his specialty. When he wasn’t at the ranch Logan loved playing video games and spent his time doing yard work with his “dad” Lonnie. Logan loved to DJ for his family and family events. He even got to DJ at the 2nd grade school dance. He was known for playing his favorite type of music- Tejano Music!
He was an animal lover, but his 2 favorites were his cat, Mickey and his dog, Dottie.
Logan was a big fan of the Texas Rangers and the Houston Texans. Not only did he love to watch them play he himself enjoyed playing football and baseball, especially with his big brother. The Pearsall Maverick Baseball field was where he loved to be. “Once a Maverick, always a Maverick.”
Despite all the obstacles Logan endured, he did it with a smile on his face. He was a strong and very independent 7-year-old. He brought so much joy and love to everyone he met. Logan was an inspiration to the whole community. The whole town fought with Logan. Logan and his fighting legacy will always live on and never be forgotten. #LiveLikeLogan
