Lucia Garcia

Lucia Garcia, 74 of Pearsall entered rest on August 26, 2023. She was born on October 30, 1948, in Rule, Tx to Terburcio Morales and Felecidad Shutter. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Antonio M. Garcia "Tony"; 5 sisters and 1 brother.

She is survived by her children, Maggie Montemayor of Pearsall, Rebecca (Paul) Collinsworth of Garland, Peter (Teresa) Garcia of Garland, Paul (Norma) Garcia, Janie (Joe) Garcia of San Marcus, Frank (Yvonne) Garcia of Irving and Teresa (Eliel) Garcia of Pearsall; siblings Teresa Maldonado, Freddy Morales, Pete Morales, Manuel Morales and Margie Martinez; father of children, Roman Garcia. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 58 great- grandchildren, 8 great- great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Joe Garcia, Steven Garcia, Raymond Garcia, Jerry Dominguez, Mary Jo Munoz, Joe Elizondo, Paul Garcia Jr and Natalia Doughty.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow to the Pearsall cemetery .
