Lucia G. Torres

Lucia G. Torres, 74 of Dilley, Tx, entered rest on February 26, 2023. She was born on August 3, 1948 in Dilley, Tx to  Margarito Gauna and Menchora Morales. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Delmo Gauna, Pepe San Juan Gauna, Barbarita Zertuche and Olivia Gauna.

She is survived by her husband Jose Garcia Torres; children, Joe Torres Jr., Jason G. Torres, Jamie Flores (Gilbert) and Jacob Torres; sister, Sylvia Gauna. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers: Jacob Ramon, Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Flores Jr., Timothy Mendoza, Nicolas Mendoza, Joe Torres III and Jayden Torres.

Honorary Pallbearer: Joel Torres.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Dilley Texas from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Dilley at 10am. Interment will follow to the Dilley Cemetery.
