Majin M. Hernandez, 72 of Pearsall, entered rest on April 11, 2016 in Cotulla. He was born on July 21, 1943 in Pearsall to Atilano and Agapita Mainez Hernandez. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hernandez, parents, great grandchildren; Baby Angel Hernandez and Danielle Maria Bueno.

He is survived by his children; Perla Garza and husband Agusten of Pearsall, Blas Hernandez Sr. and wife Margo of San Antonio, Daniel Hernandez of Pearsall and Mary Jane Mendez of Pearsall. Sister: Catarino Chacon and the Late Manuel Chacon of Pearsall and half- brother, Arjmando Perez and wife Becky of Canyon Lake. Grandchildren: Kayla, Agusten Jr., Angela, Beatrice, Jennifer, Kimberly, Crystal, Basilia, Blas Jr. and Julie. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include; Blas Jr., Agusten Jr., Devin Garcia, Chris Gonzales, Daniel Ramos, Ricky Nieto, Chris Cruz and Patrick Bernal, Honorary pallbearers include; Lucas Mata and Christian Gonzales.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Pearsall Catholic Cemetery- West.
