Manuela Minnie Ramos, born on March 24, 1949, in Clayton, New Mexico, peacefully passed away on March 27, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Her departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her memory continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to share in her life.
Manuela’s journey through life was marked by dedication, love, and resilience. She was cherished as a beloved mother, sister, and friend, whose compassion and warmth touched many. Her legacy is carried forward by her devoted children: JoAnn Ramos, Martha Ramos, Emmy Dominguez (Raul), Patrick Ramos (Jennifer), Paul Peggy Ramos Jr. (Norma), and Christopher Lee Ramos. She took great pride in her family, which also includes eleven grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.
She is survived by her siblings Regino Viasana Jr., Lupe Armendariz, and Esmeralda Viasana, who remember her with deep affection. Manuela also leaves behind numerous family members and friends who will honor her memory and keep her spirit alive.
Manuela was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Peggy Ramos Sr., her parents Regino and Isabel Viasana, and her siblings George Viasana, Teresa Viasana, and Betty Sanchez. Their memories remain a treasured part of her story.
A visitation to celebrate Manuela’s life will be held on April 14, 2026, starting at 8:30AM., at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel and Crematory, located at 203 E. Frio, Pearsall, Texas. At 10:00 a.m., there will be a Rosary service at the same location. Following this, a Mass in honor of Manuela will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 422 W Brazos St, Pearsall, Texas, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Manuela Minnie Ramos’s life was a testament to love and strength. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know her. As we gather to celebrate her life, we hold close the legacy she leaves behind—a legacy built on care, faith, and enduring love.
