Margarita P. Velasquez

Margarita P. Velasquez, 71 of Pearsall entered rest on May 20, 2023. She was born on March 5, 1952 in Bigfoot, Tx to Anselmo Perez and Emilia Ramirez Perez. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Eufelia Selvera of Derby.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Rudy G. Velasquez; children, Rudy Velasquez II (Myra) of Corpus Christi, Zap Velasquez (Macy) of Schertz, Norma Rodriguez (Rene) of Pearsall, Sonny Velasquez (Sherrie) of Kansas City, MI and Ruby Velasquez (Janie) of Pearsall; sister, Susanna Perez of  Derby. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall, Tx from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Tx. at 10am. Interment will follow to the VFW Cemetery
