Maria Leonor Chavera

Maria Leonor Chavera, 50 of Pearsall, entered rest on April 26, 2016. She was born on July 3, 1965 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Hilario Ramirez and Maria Sanchez Mata. She is preceded in death by her brother, Javier Ramirez and step-son, Jimmy Manuel Chavera.

She is survived by her husband, David Chavera Sr. of Pearsall, children; Anilou Ramirez of Florida, David Chavera Jr. and wife Vanessa A. Trevino of Pearsall, Adrienna Chavera of Pearsall, Isabel R. Chavera and husband Pedro R. Hernandez of Pearsall and Alma Denise Chavera of Pearsall, father, Hilario Ramirez of Mexico, mother, Maria Sanchez Mata of Mexico, stepdaughter, Susanna Rodriguez and husband Jose of Pearsall and step son David M. Chavera Jr. of Pearsall. Brothers and sisters: Juan Ramirez, Hilario Ramirez, Hovita Ramirez, Jose Luis Ramirez, Anselmo Ramirez, Francisco Ramirez, Jonathan Ramirez and Dora Elisia Ramirez. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include; David R. Chavera Jr., Santiago Chavera Jr., Santiago Chavera III, Daniel Garza, Peter Hernandez and Kincaid Hernandez.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
