Maria Luisa Gutierrez

Maria Luisa Gutierrez, 71, of Pearsall entered rest on February 13, 2024. She was born on June 3, 1952, to Manuel Chavera and Felipa Gonzales Chavera. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Marcos Chavera, Rodrigo Chavera, Arnulfo Chavera, Yolanda Gutierrez and Irene Flores; sister-in-law, Elva Chavera; niece, Norma Gutierrez.

She is survived by her husband, Benito Gutierrez; daughter, Mary Ann Gutierrez; siblings, Consuelo Rodriguez, Gloria Gallardo and Herminia Chavera; grandchildren, David Reyes III and Nevaeh Lee Reyes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm.  Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow to the Frio County Cemetery.
