Maria Elena Hernandez

Maria Elena Hernandez, 65 of Pearsall, entered rest on August 12, 2018 in San Antonio. She was born on August 3, 1953 to Ramon Selvera and Maria  Correa. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Hernandez,; daughter, Hilda Gonzalez; son, Alfonso Correa;parents, sister, Irma Garza and granddaughter Leticia Barron.

She is survived by her children, Angelica Hernandez and Alan Espinoza, Pedro Hernandez, Paloma Hernandez and Ruben Peralta, Alberto Hernandez and Isabel Hernandez Ariza and husband Tito; grandchildren Ashley, Mark, Mike, Marcel, Rigo, Estefania, Julie, Christopher, Deion, Bridgett, Isabella, Albert Jr., Isidro, Valerie, Carla, Estevan, Yayir, Natalie, Teresa, Melanie and Cassandra; siblings, Ramon Selvera and wife Ofelia, Rosabelia Coronado and husband Daniel, Jose Antonio Selvera and wife Lydia, Sylvia Gonzales and husband Toby, Hector Garza, Elsa Martinez and husband Lupe. She also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 Trevino Royal Oaks from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
