Nestora N. Benavidez

Nestora N. Benavidez, 82 of Pearsall, entered rest on January 27, 2014. She was born on November 10, 1931 in Pearsall to Agapito Navarro and Margarita Valenzuela. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Benavidez, parents; Agapito and Margarita Valenzuela, sons; Jose Benavidez Jr., and Jesus E. Benavidez.

She is survived by her children; David Benavidez, Luterio Benavidez, Joel Benavidez, Alicia Cabrerra and husband Daniel, Eloisa Flores and husband Mondy, Elena Trevino and husband Ruben, Graciela Gutierrez, Ester Salinas and husband George, Estella Benavidez, Marisol Benavidez and Becky Rodriguez and husband Mingo, brother, Nacho Navarro. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a service at 7pm. Funeral was held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Templo el Olivar, 10am. Interment followed at the VFW Cemetery.
