Norbert Herman Naquin

Norbert Naquin, also known as Bob, was born on November 18, 1949 in Rural Torrance Los Angeles, CA. He entered rest on August 1, 2018 in Dilley. Bob was a very simple man who enjoyed giving to others. He owned an apartment complex where many came and went. Bob could have enjoyed many luxuries in his life but, chose to live simply and give to others. He was gracious in many respects, granting opportunity after opportunity for many and allowing flexibility that many would have never allowed. He would give many wonderful gifts to the children that lived in the apartments he owned and local vacation bible school . From bikes to advice Bob generously gave. He would give incentives for the children to do well in school, Christmas gifts, and he was well known for his Halloween parties for the block. He wanted to give children things he never had the opportunity to enjoy. Bob loved to talk and enjoyed it even more when he could find a listening ear. From the stock market to science to politics, he was informed and had an opinion for sure. He could disagree with you and still be your friend. Bob, you will be missed and remembered.

There will be no services at the funeral home. Anyone wishing to leave condolences may be do on the website. In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to Belena Baptist Church in Dilley.
