Orlando “Landy” Maldonado

Orlando Maldonado, "Landy", 62 of Pearsall, entered rest on March 29, 2025. He was born in California on July 2, 1962, to Javier R. Maldonado and Guadalupe Morales Maldonado. He is preceded in death by his brother, Javier Maldonado Jr. and mother Guadalupe.

He is survived by siblings, Noralisa Chavana (Juan Manuel), John Edward Maldonado and Kristel Maldonado. He leaves behind his cherished nieces and nephews, Cody Perez, Tyler Perez, Memo Chavana, Kellie Chavana and June Marie Maldonado, also numerous aunts, uncles  neighbors and friends.

Pallbearers include Cody Perez, Tyler Perez, Memo Chavana, Zachary Feliciano, Anthony Maldonado and June Marie Maldonado.

A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 9am. Funeral mass will be celebrated after the rosary at 10:30am. Interment will follow to the Frio County Cemetery.
