Oscar S. Garcia, 88 of Pearsall, entered rest on February 3, 2023, in San Antonio, TX. He was born on July 9, 1934, in Laredo, TX to Ramon Garcia and Joaquina Sandoval Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diamantina G. Garcia; sons, Ramon "El Mooney" Garcia, Mario Garcia, Jose Antonio Garcia; daughter-in-law, Gloria Garcia; siblings, Luis Garcia, Alonzo Morales, Andrea Garcia and Lupe Lerma.

He is survived by his children, Oscar Garcia Jr. (Magda) of Pearsall, Norma Rosales (Rey) of Pearsall, and Rosario Navarro (Brijido) of Pearsall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3-9pm with a prayer service at 7pm. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 10, 2023, at Iglesia Bautista Nueva Vida at 10am. Interment will follow to the Frio County Cemetery West-side.
