Oscar Ron Rios

As most people remembered him by the “Disco Kid”, Oscar Ron Rios, 50 of Dilley passed away on December 14th, 2012 at his residence. He was born on April 24th, 1962 to Jessie Rios and Elena Sifuentes. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Villanueva, mother, Maria Elena Garcia of Dilley, children; Savannah Mia Rios, Xavier Isaah Bocanegra of Dilley and Oscar Rios Jr. of Cotulla. Brothers: Juan L. Garcia of Dilley, Daniel A. Rios, Frank Garcia, Edward Rios all of San Antonio and Prendi V. Garcia of Maryland. Sister: Diana Zuniga of Dilley, nieces; Jasmine Garcia, Jodie Campos, Colleen Garcia, Jocelyn Garcia, nephews; David Gonzales, Guy Prendi Garcia, Prendi Garcia Jr., Joel Garica, Frank Garcia Jr. and Dylan Garcia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and best friend Johnny Ortiz. He will forever be remembered by his family and friends as the “Disco Kid”.

Service was held on Tuesday, December 18th, 2012 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Dilley, 5pm. Cremation will follow at Camero Crematory
