Petra A. Uvalle, 97 of San Antonio, originally of Dilley, entered rest on June 23, 2014. She was born on May 19, 1917 in Millett, Texas to Emilio Alaniz and Guadalupe EScalante Alaniz. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ynocencio Uvalle, and daughter, Isabel Uvalle.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Alejandro and husband Manuel of San Antonio, brother, Jose P. Alaniz of Bryan, Texas, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2014 at First United Pentecostal in San Antonio, 10am. Interment to follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
