Petra Aguero Ventura, 93 of Pearsall, entered rest on November 20, 2017. She was born on January 18, 1924 to Braulio Aguero and Juanita Roman Aguero. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Ventura; son, Sotero Ventura; daughter, Tomasa Castillo; parents and brothers, Francisco Aguero and Sacundino Chacon.

She is survived by her children, Luis Ventura, Santos Ventura and wife Carmen and Johnny Ventura and wife Diana all of Pearsall. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel from 2pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Immaculate heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Pearsall Catholic Cemetery West Side.
