Ramona L Ortiz

Ramona L. Ortiz, 75 of Pearsall entered rest on October 4, 2023, in San Antonio. She was born on August 9, 1948, in Pearsall, Tx to Pedro Lopez and Julia Ruiz Lopez. She is preceded in death by parents; sons, Horacio Garcia and Mark Anthony Garcia; siblings, Theo Lopez, Domingo Lopez, Victor Lopez and Elena Lopez Rodriguez.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Ortiz; children, Cynthia Garcia, Melissa Duarte, Leticia Ortiz, Catiria Valdez (Abraham), Marie Vargas and Gilbert L. Ortiz (Veronica). She is al so survived by 35 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Pearsall Cemetery.
