Raynaldo Ochoa, a cherished member of the Dilley community, passed away on February 9, 2026, in San Antonio, surrounded by his loving wife . Born on October 24, 1961, in Dilley to Ramon Ochoa and Maria Morales Ochoa.
Raynaldo was a devoted husband to Teresa Castilleja Ochoa, who stood faithfully by his side throughout their journey together. He was blessed with a vibrant family, including his children Raynaldo Martinez (Olivia) of Pearsall, Senaida O. Gonzalez (Frank) of Beeville, D.J. Jimenez of Dilley, Christy Rosales Morales (Nick) of San Antonio, Robert Rosales (Anna) of Oklahoma, Martin Rosales (Holly) of Lexington, E.J. Rosales (Laura) of Dilley, Raymond Rosales of Welder, and Angel Rosales of Missouri. A proud grandfather, Raynaldo is survived by 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, who will forever carry his legacy in their hearts.
He will also be remembered by his siblings: Rosie Ramirez (Ray) of Dilley, Rosendo Ochoa (Susanna) of Victoria, and Ernesto Morales (Esmeralda) of San Antonio. Raynaldo’s nurturing spirit extended further to his nieces and nephews, who will hold dear the lessons and love he imparted throughout their lives.
Raynaldo was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ramiro Ochoa, and a sister, Olga Ochoa Martinez. Their memories will now be intertwined with those of the loved ones he leaves behind, solidifying a bond that transcends generations.
The community is invited to join in honoring Raynaldo’s life with a viewing on February 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Lighthouse Church, located at 402 North Main Street, Dilley, TX. This will be followed by a funeral service at the same location from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Raynaldo Ochoa's kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to his family will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know him. May he rest in peace, embraced by the love of his family and the memories of a life well-lived.
