Richard E. Hernandez

Richard E. Hernandez, 49 of Pearsall, entered rest on September 14, 2014. He was born on June 2, 1965 in Pearsall to Rogelio Z. Hernandez and Elisa Elizondo Hernandez. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and granddaughter, Angelfaith Guadalupe Rodriguez.

He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda Martinez Hernandez, children; Richard Hernandez Jr., Savannah Lee Hernandez, Angela Marie Hernandez, Sirena Nicole Hernandez Florez, Trina Jenise Hernandez, step-children; Amy Evon Villarreal and Samantha Nicole Villarreal. Parents: Rogelio Z. Hernandez and Elisa Elizondo Hernandez, brothers and sisters; Roy Hernandez, Roland Hernandez, Mary Grace Hernandez and Cynthia Ann Hernandez. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.
